Man Shot Twice In Brighton Heights

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- There's new information about a shooting in Brighton Heights.

A 35-year-old man was shot during a drug deal inside a home near the corner of Termon and Elmhurst Avenues Friday evening.

Pittsburgh Police Lt. Daniel Herrmann said the victim was trying to buy marijuana in the kitchen when shots were fired.

The victim was shot twice – once in the side and once in the chest. He is believed to be in critical condition.

He is now in surgery.

The suspects took off in a white Ford F150 truck.
