PENN HILLS (KDKA) — Police are investigating a shooting in Penn Hills.

Two teenagers were walking on Althea Drive when one of them was grazed in either the face or the neck by a bullet.

A witness tells us she saw the teens run to a home where they apparently called 9-1-1.

Police are looking for a blue Honda that witnesses saw racing away from the scene.
