Woman Files Complaint Against Pittsburgh Police Officer

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Suspended Pittsburgh Police Officer Adam Skweres of the Zone 3 station remains in the Allegheny County Jail after being charged with soliciting sex from at least four women return for helping them with their legal problems.

Skweres is expected to be released from jail early next week and placed on home electronic monitoring.

Friday night, a Baldwin woman told KDKA-TV that she has filed a complaint against Skweres with the Office of Municipal Investigations after she was stopped by Skweres last October while driving on Brownsville Road in Carrick.

Jessica Foster said that Skweres rubbed his hands up and down her legs, and then opened the zipper on her sweatshirt.

She said she thought he didn't seek any sexual favors because there were other police officers on the scene that night.

"There were too many cops around me," she said.

Foster she can't understand why Skweres will be released from jail, "after doing this to women, while there's people sitting in jail for dumb stuff."
