Firefighter Injured In Export Arson
MURRYSVILLE (KDKA) -- Investigators say a fire that injured a local firefighter was arson and two teenagers could face charges for playing with fire outside the building.
The firefighter cut his head when part of the ceiling came down at Export Tire.
He was flown to the hospital, but was back on his feet Tuesday.
White Valley Fire Department Chief John Bohinc said fire was coming out of the roof.
"There was a part of the roof that was hanging down and hit his forehead and top of his head on the sharp metal and actually just cut his head," Bohinc said.
The building is still standing, but it may have to come down because the damage was so extensive.
