Shelter Seeks Owner Of Malnourished Beagle
WASHINGTON, Pa. (KDKA) -- The Washington Area Humane Society wants to know more about a dog that appears to be very malnourished.
The beagle was found wandering in Stockdale, Washington County.
A Good Samaritan gave it some lunch meat, then took it to the humane society.
The dog wasn't wearing any tags and suffers from permanent vision loss.
They believe it used to be someone's pet because it was neutered.
The WAHS thinks the dog, which they've named Shine, can be healthy enough for adoption in about three to six months.
Anyone with information about the dog is asked to call the shelter at 724-222-7387.
