SWISSVALE (KDKA) – Crews are responding to a gas leak at an apartment building in Swissvale.

According to emergency dispatchers, the gas leak was reported at 7330 McClure Avenue around 9:30 a.m.

The 18-unit apartment building is currently vacant, but evacuations are still in place.

Peoples Gas is on the scene and a call to the fire marshal has been made.
