Pittsburgh Woman Held Captive, Tortured

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police have arrested three adults and a juvenile in Philadelphia after investigators said they tortured a 20-year-old Pittsburgh woman.

They met her in an online chat room.

Police say the suspects and the Pittsburgh woman had a two-year consensual relationship that recently soured, so she was placed on a bus and sent back to Pittsburgh, but not before the unidentified local woman suffered facial burns and bruises at the hands of her captors.

The suspects were identified as 34-year old Michael Rhoades and his 25-year-old wife, Tamara, 22-year-old Steven Mills and a juvenile.

The adults face charges including attempted murder and false imprisonment.

The Pittsburgh woman was forced to record a YouTube video, police said, where she admitted she was at fault, saying nobody did anything to her, but, rather ,she hurt herself.
