NORTH VERSAILLES (KDKA) – Residents in a local neighborhood woke up Monday morning to find their tires had been slashed.

Police and witnesses said at least 10 cars were damaged overnight at the Versailles Castle Apartments in North Versailles.

The victims said it was not a good way to start their Monday.

“Come out and found two of my cars had two flat tires on each side,” Patricia Sporcic said. “I think that the landlord should put in more lighting and more surveillance down here.”

Police are still investigating at this time.
