HOMEWOOD (KDKA) – A driver, who led police on a chase Monday morning, was injured after crashing into a garage in Homewood.

According to police, the chase started around 2:30 a.m. on East Liberty Boulevard. The chase ended a short time later when the driver crashed into a garage on Formosa Way.

The driver was injured, but the extent of their injuries is currently unknown.

It is also unknown what prompted the chase.
