GREENSBURG (KDKA) — Westmoreland County commissioners today proclaimed the beginning of Child Abuse Prevention Month.
A large blue ribbon was hung in courthouse square during the lunch hour.
The ribbon was made and donated by the Bikers Against Child Abuse.
It will remain on display throughout the month.
