PINE TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – One person was injured after crashing into a house in Mercer County Saturday afternoon.

According to police, the accident happened in the 1000-block of State Route 208 in Pine Township around 3:30 p.m.

A Chevrolet Cobalt was traveling east on State Route 208 when the driver lost control and left the roadway.

The vehicle hit some large rocks and street signs before crossing Gregg Street and hitting the house.

The driver has been identified as 31-year-old Erin Stoops and the extent of her injuries is currently unknown.

There are no other reported injuries at this time.
