Pitt Bomb Threat Probe Leads To Potential Suspects
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Investigators are making headway in finding out who is making bomb threats against the University of Pittsburgh.
U.S. Attorney David Hickton said in a statement that authorities are coming closer to finding those responsible.
“We thank the University of Pittsburgh students and community members for the information they have provided so far. The information has helped us to focus upon potential suspects,” he said in a statement.
Hickton did not name any suspects or persons of interest, but did compel people to come forward with any leads or tips.
“We encourage anyone who thinks that they may have information to continue sharing this with law enforcement. You have many options for reporting and may remain anonymous.”
