Some traffic restrictions will be in effect around Carnegie Mellon University in Oakland Friday and Saturday.
The school is holding its Spring Carnival and sweepstakes buggy races.
Forbes and Morewood Avenues will be closed at times as well as Margaret Morrison, Tech and Frew Streets as well as Schenley drive.
