SALEM TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – Police are investigating a double-fatal accident in Mercer County Saturday morning.

According to emergency dispatchers, the accident happened on Route 18 (Greenville Sharon Road) in West Salem Township around 3 a.m.

The accident is believed to have involved two motorcycles, but an accident report has not been released.

Two people died in the crash, but their names have not been released at this time.
