Upstairs Robber Busted With Surveillance Video

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- It didn't take long for police in Ambridge to find a guy they say broke into a convenience store.

That's because he lives upstairs.

Police say 25-year-old Nicholas Pellon broke into an empty apartment next to his, and then cut a hole in the floor to get into Moh's Market below.

Surveillance video shows him falling through the ceiling to the floor and stuffing a garbage bag with cigarettes.

He couldn't manage to climb back up through the ceiling, so he exited out of a basement window.

When he returned to the store about an hour later police arrested him.
