Spring Cocktails From Clique Vodka
Mango Margarita – for Cinco de Mayo

• 3/4 oz Don Pantaleon Tequila
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 1/4 oz Fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz Fresh Mango Puree
• Salt

First, prepare your glass with a salt rim by rubbing a piece of lime around the outside of the glass, then dipping in coarse salt. Fill glass with ice and add all ingredients. Roll (pour from glass to cocktail tin and back again) to combine.

Clique Vodka Julep

• Muddle [gently mash mint and syrup in the bottom of glass]:
• 7-9 mint leaves’ (Save the flower (tops) of your mint for a garnish)
• 1/2oz Black Pepper Simple Syrup

Add:
2oz. Clique Vodka
Top with ice and slash of water
Use tops from mint as a garnish: Smack in your hands to release the oils
Place mint on the top of the julep and enjoy!
