AMITY (KDKA) — An overturned tractor-trailer caused problems on Interstate 79 in Washington County early Monday morning.

The accident happened at about 4:30 a.m. Monday.

The semi overturned near exit 30 – Amity/Lone Pine on the northbound side, closing a section of the highway for a few hours, but has since reopened.

Traffic was backed up in the area.

There is no word on any injuries.
