FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — Emergency crews were called to Fayette County this afternoon where a truck crashed over a hillside and into a creek.

According to Fayette County dispatchers, the accident happened along Route 51 northbound near Smock Road in Franklin Township.

There’s no word on what caused the accident.

So far, there’s also been no report on the condition of the driver of the truck.

The view from NewsChopper 2 showed crews pulling the truck from a wooded area and towing it away.
