Indiana Co. Man Wanted In Child Sex Abuse Case Found Dead

HOWE TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – A man wanted in connection with the sexual assault of two boys was found dead in Forest County Saturday.

According to police, Theodore Amick, 36, of Indiana, was wanted for allegedly sexually assaulting two young boys on a trip to Pittsburgh in 2010.

On Wednesday, Amick was reported missing. According to the report, Amick was distraught and was without his diabetes medication.

On Saturday, he was found dead near a dirt lane off of State Route 666 in Howe Township.

He had died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
