PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — Penguins defense prospect Scott Harrington and his junior team, the London Knights of the Ontario Hockey League, lost to Shawinigan Sunday night in the Memorial Cup final in overtime, 2-1.

Anton Zlobin scored for the Cataractes with 2:09 remaining in the first overtime period, slipping a puck past Knights goaltender Michael Houser, a Wexford native, for the winning goal.

Houser had just been honored the day before with the CHL’s most outstanding goaltender award, given to the best goalie in Canadian junior hockey.

Harrington was a minus-1 for the game and finished the tournament with three assists in four games, registering a minus-2.
