Burgettstown Woman Hits Man Twice With Her Van

BURGETTSTOWN (KDKA) -- Eyewitnesses say a woman ran over a man at least twice in Washington County.

It happened at about 11:30 p.m. Monday in the 200-block of Center Avenue in Burgettstown.

State police say Tracy Domick, 37, hit Paul Walden, with her van.

Mark Crowell and his friend, Raymond Pratt, watched it all from a window.

"There was a lot of screaming and yelling and a big panic at one time, so, that's what made us look out," Crowell said.

"She deliberately hit him," Pratt added. "There's no two ways about that."

According to witnesses, Domick first hit a brick wall then put her van in reverse, hitting a black wall. All the while, Walden was trying to take the keys out of the ignition.

State police say Walden was able to call 911 himself before he was flown to Allegheny General Hospital.

Domick was taken to the Washington County Jail where she was unable to make her $25,000 bail.
