CLAYSVILLE (KDKA) — An elementary school student was rushed to the hospital after being pulled from a pool in Washington County.

The 10-year-old boy was reportedly with a group of students from an elementary school in Pittsburgh.

They were swimming at the Sunset Beach pool in Claysville when the boy went underwater at about 2 p.m.

He was pulled out of the pool by a lifeguard and went to Children’s Hospital by ambulance.

The boy is doing well.
