3rd Suspect Sought In Carnegie Towers Shooting

CARNEGIE (KDKA) -- Police are still looking for a man following a shooting at Carnegie Towers two months ago and are now releasing surveillance video in hopes of catching him.

Police say the video shows 19-year-old Rashad Watson. He reportedly shot into the driver's side window of a car as it backed up.

Authorities are still looking for him. They arrested James Edmonds, Jr., and Byron Hall, both of Hazelwood, shortly after the shooting.

Edmonds' lawyer says he's innocent.

"We have a task ahead of us," Blaine Jones, defense attorney, said. "We're confident that my client had nothing to do with this. Shots are fired. My guy hunches down, runs the other way. He never had a weapon in his hands throughout this entire four minutes."

All of the shooting victims survived.

Allegheny County Police ask anyone with information on the whereabouts of Watson to call them at 412-473-1300.
