Hempfield Giant Eagle Back Open After Bomb Threat

HEMPMFIELD (KDKA) — State police are investigating a bomb threat at a local grocery store.

The threat targeted the Giant Eagle in Hempfield Township.

The store received the threat through its website between 3:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Friday.

The store was temporarily closed, but reopened just before 8 p.m.
