Ohio River Sweep 2012

The 22nd Annual "River Sweep" is this Saturday and organizers need your help.

They need volunteers of all ages to help with the sweep.

It's from 8 a.m to noon, Saturday.

Each year, hundreds of volunteers collect tires and other garbage and debris in the Ohio River Watershed. That's the Ohio, Monongahela, Allegheny, Youghiogheny and Beaver rivers.

There are 23 sites in Pennsylvania where you can volunteer.

You don't have to register, just show up and pitch in.
