Uniontown Home Targeted In Home Invasion

UNIONTOWN (KDKA) -- A local man says he's become a target since he won the lottery.

He's been the victim of two home invasions.

Early Friday morning, two men burst into his home on Lenox Street in Uniontown.

They pointed a gun at his daughter and four-year-old granddaughter while searching his pockets for cash.

Eight people were home at the time, but no one was hurt.

Neighbors were not surprised by the violence.

"It's rough around here," Chad Workman said. "I don't know. It's just bad, you know what I mean? As bad as it gets around here."

The same home was broken into in January when masked intruders forced their way in through a front door.

"It's just another day in the life in the armpit of Pennsylvania," Workman said.
