PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — With the Sandusky trial happening and child safety in the forefront , KDKA Radio’s Rob Pratte talked with Sgt. Glenn Young.

Sgt. Young is a retired police officer that has more than 30 years of experience dealing with child predators.

Sgt. Young discussed the mindset of a molester, and that he feels they can’t be rehabilitated. He says “when there is time and chance” a molester will act.
