PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) – A recent decision in Harrisburg will allow red light cameras in Pittsburgh, and while the City will still need to decide if they want to install them, many people are wondering just how they work.

KDKA-AM’s Larry and John talk to former Western Pennsylvanian Debbie Johnston, now a resident of Virginia Beach, about how red light traffic cameras work in her area, and what happened when she received a ticket.
