TURTLE CREEK (KDKA) — A patient who had gone missing from a personal care home in Turtle Creek was found safe Tuesday morning.

Curtis Clay, 67, wandered away from the Hamilton Hills Personal Care Home in Turtle Creek around 7 p.m. Monday.

He was found around 6 a.m. in Monroeville and was taken to Forbes Regional Hospital to be checked out.

Clay, who suffers from dementia appears to have taken a tumble somewhere, but was not seriously injured.
