Pirates/Brewers Recap With Trenni Kusnierek
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The) - The Pirates didn't start the second half of their season the way they would have hoped, dropping two of three games in Milwaukee.
To recap the weekend, the Fan Morning Show talked to WTMJ's "Sports Central" host Trenni Kusnierek.
The Brewers have not played to their potential this season, and one reason could be injuries. Trenni says the team is capable of making a run towards the top of the NL Central if they get some momentum, and some players back.
The mentality has changed a bit in Milwaukee when facing the Pirates, because of their play this season. Trenni says that respect for the Pirates has grown with their recent success.
