NORTH BRADDOCK (KDKA) — Allegheny County Police have filed charges against a woman for allegedly shooting a man in North Braddock.

The shooting happened at about 3:40 a.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Stokes Avenue.

The victim, described as a 26-year-old white male, was shot in the abdomen. He is listed in stable condition and is expected to survive.

Police arrested 29-year-old Arlonda Giles who is facing charges of aggravated assault, attempted homicide and two counts of recklessly endangering another person.

She is now in the Allegheny County Jail.

There’s no word on what led to the shooting.
