PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — Sidney Crosby’s Trainer Andy O’Brien joined Seibel, Starkey and Miller on Sportsradio 93-7 The FAN to talk about the workouts he’s been putting Sid through right now, and how his concussions symptoms are coming along.

O’Brien told us about the difference between training with Sid last year compared to this because last year was about recovering from his concussion, while this year is focused on him getting back into the best shape of his life.  O’Brien said Sid has been able to push himself 100 percent and that he has been symptom free.

Everything O’Brien has seen from Sid has indicated to him that the Penguins’ captain is setting himself up to have another big season and reach another level that we’ve yet to see from him.

We wrapped things up with O’Brien asking him to tell us one thing about Sid that we may not know about him.
