PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — Have you seen TBS’s hit sitcom “Sullivan & Son?”

If you haven’t, you should check it out. Besides being Cheers-esque and very funny, it stars Pittsburgh native Steve Byrne, and the show takes place in Pittsburgh. They mention Pittsburgh landmarks and have Pittsburgh sports memorabilia on the walls in the bar – too cool.

KDKA AM’s John Shumway talks to Steve in Studio K about his new found TV fame, his rise as a comic, and his yinzer roots, as well as a live performance that he and his cast are doing in town.

He is joined in studio by cast member Owen Benjamin, who plays the loveable but not-so-smart ‘Owen’ on the show.
