Uniontown Police are investigating a motor vehicle crash on the 600 block of Kreinbrook Hill Road in Fayette County.

According to investigators, the incident occurred just after 11:00 p.m Wednesday night.

28-year-old, Dustin Ulichney veered off of the road and struck a free standing two car garage near a home.

Ulichney was transported via helicopter to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. The extent of his injuries are unknown at this time.

The cause of the crash is still being determined.
