Family Makes Public Plea In Hopes Of Finding Missing 20-Year-Old

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A family is making a public plea in hopes of finding a missing woman.

Laiken Hughes, 20, was last seen nearly a month ago.

According to her family, she left her aunt's home in Troy Hill on July 30 and hasn't been seen by her loved ones since.

They're growing more worried by the day.

"She has no debit card, no cell phone, no car, no money, no clothes and the friends that she's had, that she's had for years, she hasn't been in touch with," said Richard Pilardi, Hughes's uncle. "Laiken, if you're out there and you see this, we really miss you and we really want to see you back. We miss you."

Hughes's family has been in touch with police and her mother has filed a missing person report.
