HOMEWOOD (KDKA) – Authorities are looking for the person who opened fire on a vehicle in Homewood-- injuring a man inside.

Police continue to investigate an incident that they say started at a club but would end with four gunshots at a stop light not far away from the club.

Witnesses and police say the incident occurred around 3 a.m. at the intersection of Washington Boulevard and Frankstown Avenue.

According to investigators, someone in a light-colored Cadillac Escalade began to open fire, shooting into a Jeep's passenger-side door.

Police say the driver of the Jeep floored it and eventually escaped to stop on Dallas Avenue.
