PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) – Former Pitt star, Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback, and current CBS studio analyst Dan Marino joined The Fan Morning Show on Friday to chat about the start of the NFL season, and offer a few thoughts on Pitt’s blowout loss to Cincinnati Thursday night.

Marino says he expects the Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning’s play on Sunday against the Steelers to be reminiscent of what we saw from Manning during his Colts years, perhaps with a little rust early on.

Marino pointed out that Manning is a smart guy, and should find a way to get it done. He see’s this opening matchup as a very tough one for the Steelers.

Marino also touched on Pitt’s struggles and life in the CBS studio.
