Details For Flight 93 Memorial Services

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) – On Sept. 11, 2001, America was changed forever when one of four planes commandeered by terrorists flew into a quiet field in Shanksville, Pa.

On that site stands the Flight 93 Memorial, and each year on 9/11, we pause to remember those who lost their lives their and in the attacks on the Pentagon and World Trade Center.

KDKA-AM’s Larry and John talk to Flight 93 Superintendent Jeff Reinbold about what is expected for this year’s memorial, as well as an update on the progress of building the memorial.
