PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police are investigating after a bomb threat was made against the Allegheny County Jail Saturday night.

According to emergency dispatchers, the threat was made by phone around 11 p.m.

A search of the jail was conducted and no explosive devices were found.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
