Fox Chapel High School Statue Vandalized

FOX CHAPEL (KDKA) — An investigation is underway over a reported case of vandalism at a local high school

Students at Fox Chapel Area High School arrived for the school day Thursday morning to find their school’s statue had been vandalized.

School officials say the words, “Central Catholic High School” and “CCHS,” as well as profanities were spray painted on the fox mascot.

Some say the vandalism may be a precursor to the football game between the two schools this weekend.

Stay with KDKA for the latest on this story.
