PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA)– Tony Danza, famous for his roles in “Who’s the Boss,” “Taxi” and on Broadway, has written a new book about his hardest role yet.
In his new book, “I’d Like to Apologize to Every Teacher I Ever Had,” he spends a year as a real high school English teacher, teaching tough inner city Philadelphia school kids that didn’t care that he was a famous actor.
KDKA AM’s Larry Richert and John Shumway talk to the actor about the new book, his acting career and a story Larry has of when he met Tony in Pittsburgh back in the 1990s.
