A 13-year NBA referee, Tim gambled on the same games he officiated before resigning in 2007 and spent time in prison afterwards.
He tells whether he thinks the NFL’s replacement officials may be more vulnerable to gambling, and explains what inside information referees have that bettors may be interested in.
Tim also calls the NFL’s arms-length approach to gambling “comical” and explains why he thinks the replacement officials are throwing the league’s integrity into question.
