Medical Frontiers talks about Heart Disease
PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) -- Dr. Gerald Pifer was joined on NewsRadio1020 KDKA's Medical Frontiers by Dr. Robert Biederman.
Dr. Biederman is an Allegheny General Hospital Cardiologist, and the Director of Cardiovascular MRI Center.
They discussed Heart Disease issues and treatments as well as new developments to the field. The Doctors also answer questions from callers.
Jodi Lech, event coordinator of the Healing Journey, joined the Doctors at the beginning of the show to talk about her event.
The Healing Journey is the West Penn Allegheny Oncology Network's celebration of cancer survivorship will feature Keynote Speaker Merril Hodge, former Pittsburgh Steeler and cancer survivor and a few others. Also complimentary breakfast, lunch and parking will be provided.
