KENNEDY TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — Police have reportedly made an arrest following an armed convenience store robbery in Kennedy Township.

It happened at the Super Mart in the 1700-block of Pine Hollow Road.

The suspect showed the clerk a gun and demanded money then ran off and threw the gun into a dumpster.

Police found the weapon and searched the woods for a suspect.
