PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — Micky Dolenz, singer and drummer for the “Monkees” has a new album out called, “Remember.”
The album features music from his career, including re-imagined versions of “Sugar Sugar” and “Johnny B. Goode,” as well as Monkees’ hit “I’m a Believer.”
KDKA AM’s Larry Richert and John Shumway talk to Micky about his new album, his career and who really invented Whiteout.
They also discuss Micky’s first public appearance as a musician, which turns out was at Kennywood.
