PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — KDKA’s Radio Mike Pintek talked with State House Minority Leader Jay Costa about the Highmark and WPAHS deal that has fallen apart.

Senator Costa said that he is very disappointed about the news this morning. He is also concerned about the delivery of health care services in the region.

The senator felt he was misled through the whole process after the news today telling Mike that he had assurances from both sides that this deal would happen.
