PITTSBURHG (KDKA) – A Butler County man is charged in the alleged rape of a 6-month-old girl.
Center Township man, 33-year-old Stephen Batchelder, sexually assaulted the girl almost a decade ago between Nov. 1, 2002 through March 1, 2003, according to police.
Batchelder was arraigned Tuesday and placed in the Butler County Prison on a $50,000 cash-only bond.
He is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, endangering welfare of children and two counts of aggravated indecent assault.
