Man Dies Following Philadelphia Wedding Reception Brawl

PHILADELPHIA (KDKA) - Police say a man died of a heart attack during a fight between dozens of people attending two different wedding receptions.

It happened early Sunday morning in downtown Philadelphia and video of the wild melee is now online.

It was a chaotic scene inside the Sheraton hotel in the Society Hill section of Philadelphia.

Dozens of people were attending two separate wedding receptions and at one point, one of the brides falls to the ground.

Outside the hotel, young Max Schultz shot video of the aftermath with his cell phone.

"It started getting louder and I thought, 'It doesn't sound like they're having fun anymore. I better go out and watch,'" Schultz said.

According to police, a 57-year-old guest, who was the uncle of one of the brides, suffered a heart attack.

Vincent Sannuttti was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died.

Police don't know if he was involved in the fighting.

Several other people were also taken to emergency rooms.

Three people were arrested and at least one was subdued with a stun gun.

It's unclear why or who initiated the brawl, but police believe alcohol was involved.
