PITTSBURGH (93-7 THE FAN) — Paul Bessire, known better by the the nickname of his program, “The Prediction Machine,” checked in with The Fan Morning Show today to share his NFL picks, as he does every Thursday at 8:40 a.m.

Bessire’s machine, which simulates each game 1,000 times, wasn’t sure which way to go on the line tonight (Steelers -6), but expected the game to be a shootout, suggesting it might be good to play the over.

Beyond that, as usual, Bessire had a plethora of analysis on upcoming NFL games, and he gave the machine’s recommendations for which games should be the best plays and which might be better to stay away from.
