PITTSBURGH (KDKA NewsRadio 1020) — We all get angry for different reasons, whether it’s road rage, getting mad at the guy who cuts in line at the store check out, or getting frustrated at work.

Lately, our headlines are filled with people who couldn’t handle their anger, like the man who took a random person hostage in Gateway Center because his girlfriend wouldn’t respond to him on Facebook, or the 15-year-old who randomly punched a teacher in the face because he was “having a bad day.”
